I notice some polycom base setting have setting under interface where we can set the interdigit Genesys 420HD settings - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
but many other base setting for the other phone model don't have one. If this is the case does that mean there no way to configure a polycom phone interdigit timeout in the cloud if they do not have a option for that in the interface base setting? It would have to be done in the phone setting itself?
