    Hello,

    We have added a new external trunk which is showing In-Service. When we are making a call then error is coming for location and address.
    also when checking location, its not verified.

    Can anyone help us how to get it verified ?

    Hi

    In that location settings, if you remove the existing address then start typing it again. it should auto populate the matches. Choose from the suggested addresses and it will autofill and verify

    Hi,

    did you manage to verify address? Do you have some non-English characters in the address. I just shared my experience on the thread
