    Hi everyone!

    Just want to announce the availability of the Email CC and BCC Fields in Interactions Views. 

    Once you join the beta, you can start to view Email CC and BCC information in the Interactions View, Queue Interactions View and Agent Interactions View, including exports. 

    Click Join the Beta to get started.
