Announcing new Digital Capabilities added to the CX1 Digital Add On II Offer. Coming soon (estimated release August 2nd, 2023) CX1 Digital Add On II customers can take advantage of Digital Agentless Capabilities and Co-Browse with Web Messaging.
Existing customers with the CX1 Digital Add On II will automatically get access to SMS Campaigns, Agentless SMS Notification API, Open Messaging Agentless Notification API, WhatsApp Agentless Notification API and Co-Browse for Web Messaging.
Action will be required to add Email Campaigns and Agentless Email Notification API. Upon release, Direct customers can add Agentless Email Capabilities through the existing Appfoundry Tile found here.
Indirect customers please reach out to your Partner representative to get Agentless Email capabilities added to your CX1 Digital Add On.
