I am looking for some insights from my fellow Genesys Peeps.
We want to be able to send a message to our agents who are NOT logged in at work, letting them know that we have Same Day overtime available. Ideally, we would be able to send a Blast message to a large group and those who are interested would be able to reply to us and we would be able to reply back to those individuals, individually.
Is anyone using Genesys in this way?
