  • 1.  Outbound Campaign Performance

    Hi
    we want to query the Contact list wrap codes to manipulate the data into dashboards, which we will produce in our PowerBI environment  for campaign performance reports.  Connection rate, sales success rate etc.

    We are satisfied with the agent reports and MI we can extract from Genesys directly.

    Has anyone implemented anything similar ? Using api queries to extract the camping list isn't suitable as its not able to respond quick enough we hope to do a dashboard refresh every 2 - 5 min.

    I would look at the notification API to watch the campaign for the wrap-up result and then act upon that.  It might be tricky to pull out that one piece of information from the feed, but doable and once you have it, you can drive your dashboards.
