To come back to the subject, there is indeed an incorrectly configured page loading action.
In fact, in the script properties, the "Update Excel File + Open Confirmation Page" data action is launched when the script is launched.
At the level of this custom data action, the page is changed to the Confirmation page (see image1), which explains why the script is initialized on the confirmation page when it is loaded.
This action has been removed from the script properties and moved to the "Send" button (see image2).
This solves the problem.

OK, so first up, have you opened a ticket with Care? If not, I suggest you do so.
That being said, we can perhaps help if we have more information. Can you export the Script and Upload it so that we can see it in detail (quicker than asking for screenshots of various configurations!) I agree with @Eric Berkshire that it looks like you either have a Page Load Action, or a Contact Data Load Action.
To verify the former, open the Page Properties for the initial page (click the three dots next to the page name in the screen you provided a screenshot of, and choose "Properties".) Verify that under "Page Load Action" is says "No Action Selected."
To verify the latter, go to the script properties (Script Menu->Script Properties) and expand the "Outbound" section, again verify that under "Contact Data Load Action" it says "No Action Selected".
If both of these are set in this way, then it sound like something Care need to deal with.

The settings for the campaign, the queue, etc. seem OK.
In fact, in the script created in connection with the campaign, I have two pages (one page for entering information and another page for confirming the information entered).
The principle :
1 => the input page is displayed
2 => I enter the information
3 => I click on a send button to send the information entered.
4 => the confirmation page appears
The problem is that the input page appears and disappears straight away without any input and then the confirmation page appears.
I would like to display the entry page normally so that I can enter the information.
