The ability to view their Work Plan, see alternate work plans or request a new workplan is in the works. Trading with the "house" & adding activities to their schedule based on business rules is also being developed. Hi all - is there a way to populate overtime shifts and allow agents to pick them up without a trade shift? I'd like to be able to post block shifts for extra hours and have agents accept them without substantial manual edits per agent if possible.
