Hi,
our customer would like to work with emails in Genesys. They want, that when agent receive email from external customer and not yet ended interaction, that he/she can print (or download) content of email. Agent can download content of email, when he/she ended interaction and email was written into transcript of interaction. Is some option that he/she can print (or download) not ended email interaction?
