If the agents right-mouse click on the Email before sending and chooses Print, they should be able to print just the information in the reply frame.

our customer would like to work with emails in Genesys. They want, that when agent receive email from external customer and not yet ended interaction, that he/she can print (or download) content of email. Agent can download content of email, when he/she ended interaction and email was written into transcript of interaction. Is some option that he/she can print (or download) not ended email interaction?
