  • 1.  Provisionning of CIsco 7960 Phones with Genesys Cloud BYOC On-Premise

    Dear Community Memebers, 

    We are setting up Genesys cloud platform as BYOC On-premise option & want to use existing Cisco phones with it.
    We have already provisoned & tested Polycom VV201 model but stuck with cisco phone.

    If anyone has any experience on it please guide.

    Assuming of course you're running the SIP firmware and not SCCP on those phones then this thread may give you some pointers.  It was mostly around SIP softphones but some of what Robert suggested in it might help too.

    Thanks for your sugeestion.
    Tried cofiguring the phone using suggested artile but couldn't succeed.

    Do you have any specific suggestion on what to configure on cloud side & Cisco Phone side ?
    Or if you have some kind of configuration manual, please share
