  • 1.  Pulling a single activity code

    Hi!  

    Can anyone tell me how to export a report for specific activity codes?  For example, I only want to pull the "Training" for a particular scheduling period.  Or the Break and Lunch activities.  I've only been able to pull all the segments in the entire schedule set l and then I have to filter my report.

    at the moment the export function is All Activity Codes. This is an area that we'd like to improve and there are a few ideas in the Genesys Ideas Lab, I think this is a close match to your request:

    Hi Julie,

    you'd need to use the Export Schedules feature on the Schedule Admin view. There is more information on what is involved in the following Resource Centre article:

    Thanks Paul. I take it there's no way to do a time frame? You can only pull from each individual schedule? Ex: If I wanted to know how much training took place this year. I'd have to export and combine each schedule to figure that out?

    Hi Julie, 

    unfortunately yes the only way to report on a longer period is to export each schedule.
    There is an idea in the Ideas Lab around reporting on Activity codes:
