To answer 1 and 2:
1. Recent(ish) versions of PureConnect do support Amazon S3 storage locations for recordings:
Interaction Recorder Configuration Options for AWS
2. In regard to migrating your existing recordings, you would likely use recorder policies to change the storage location. At the next evaluation period, your recordings would hit the new storage policy and be moved to their new storage location either by the CIC server or RCS servers (if you have them).
You'd want to see how you can batch this out to avoid trying to move all of your recordings at once. Historically, you could contact support and they would be able to provide you with some guidance on this process.
Hopefully someone else is able to answer your other questions.

Subject: PureConnect recording storage
PureConnect - recordings. Where can we point the recording files for the initial recording? We want to point to something like an S3. Is this possible?
- PureConnect new recordings, what are the options? Can we send them to the cloud.
- How do we move recordings when customer storage changes
- What are the expectations when stop or migrate from PureConnect?
- Archival, can it be in the cloud? Can the system access it in the Cloud? Looks like yes, easily for Genesys Cloud. How about for PureConnect?
Any there any data migration tools via PureConnect?
