Hi all,Curious, are there any others out there using the PureConnect WebRTC integration with Genesys Cloud?If so, are you receiving recurring monthly charges for your on-prem edge devices?Also, have you ran into an issue to which is intermittent and only impacting certain agents to which the call is delivered and when the agent answers in Connect (SIP traffic seems fine), the RTP/Audio stream isn't delivered? The answering agents Genesys Cloud Voicemail announcement is heard when this occurs and we weren't able to find any firewall blocks. The webRTC integration seems rather complex and there isn't excessive documentation on it.Thanks in advance! As always any suggestions or tips are appreciated.
I'm not sure if you are a Genesys Beyond subscriber, but if you are, there was a webinar on this a couple of years back, which should've been recorded and available to subscribers.I know the documentation is lacking, but that webinar may help with some pointers?HTH
