  • 1.  Queue Members Bullseye Rings Changing

    I keep seeing members in our queues have their bullseye ring numbers changed at what seems sort of random but not entirely. I'm the only admin for my group's queues and I'm not doing it but it doesn't seem 100% random. Monday, all our members of our command center, which should be ring 4, changed to ring 1 in all of our queues except for 1. Today, a few, not all, of our specialist which should be in ring 2, changed to ring 1 in 1 queue and not the others. Is there any other action that could cause the ring to change for members other than going into the queue to do it?

    Are you assigning by member or by group?  I have seen where if I change the routing from bullseye to say preferred agent and then go back in and change to bullseye, it can reset the ring numbers.  Did you check the audit log to see if routing was changed on the queue?
