    Now that our WEMtacular month has gotten to a start, it's time to dive into one of our most anticipated activities of this year's WEMay:

                         Our #WEMay Contest!                          

    As we stated earlier, starting May 1st we are holding a contest for members of the WEM Community! You can participate for one of 3 grand prizes! 

    What can you win?
    Our three grand prize winners will receive:
    • A Genesys Beyond Certification Exam Voucher
      Become a Genesys Certified Specialist or Professional in a number of areas of expertise, including: Workforce Management, Quality Management, Genesys Cloud CX and more!

      Genesys Beyond is Genesys' comprehensive, educational resource for customers and partners. Beyond provides in-depth training and certification across a wide variety of topics, including: Genesys products and services, customer experience (CX) training or valuable technical skills to the next level! You also have the opportunity to become certified in a variety of Genesys products and services, giving you an edge and growing your expertise to make sure you're getting the most out of your contact center, AND giving your customers a high-quality, memorable experience.

    How to participate?

    1. Be a member of the WEM Community
      If you're not already, join us! Hit the "Join" button under "Latest Discussion Posts" and be a part of this vibrant global community of WEM professionals.
    2. Learn a little more about Genesys Workforce Engagement
      Visit our page on the challenges and solutions for managing a digital workforce here. Find resources to learn how to better engage employees with empathy, including: practical guides to workforce engagement and workforce planning, a report on human values' effects on employee performance and articles tailored to every industry. Especially, make sure to check out the video at the top! We know you'll love it ;)

    3. Let us get to know you!
      This is a community, after all! Introduce yourself in the comments below and let us know where you're based.

    Winners will be selected at random from users who complete all three of these steps between May 1st and May 31st.
      We will announce the winners on WEMsday, June 8th!  

    We also have an array of other activities planned for this month, so make sure to come back and join the fun!

    I'm Anthony from the City of Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

    I'm new here, but we have been using Genesys Cloud for almost a year now (11 months) I lead a team who support the Contact Centre, Customer Service, ICT Service Desk,  24/7 Emergency response team and Library call centre. Area's of my team include Reporting and analytics,  Real Time Management, Workforce Management, and Genesys Cloud Administration and support.
