Hello! We are wanting to look into how we can report productivity for agents that are remote working to compare to when they are in the office. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how we can pull reporting on this?
Nothing at the moment that would be able to determine that from Genesys. You can get geo-location data, but this isn't enough to be 100% sure. Quick question - are your guys on flex remote, eg TLs/Management don't know ahead of time in office vs out of office days?
We are on flex remote that reps are able to WFH 1 day a week, but it can be whatever day they want it to be. They currently just let their manager know when they are going to WFH but there is no great way for WFM to pull metrics to see productivity for in office vs. at home.
