    Is there a way to view Agent Evaluations by queue? I'm not seeing "queue" listed as an option in the possible table columns.

    Not really.  What you will need to do is create a group with those queue members or use that group for queue membership is even better.  Then you can filter your agents by group and look at the evaluations for that group.
