  • 1.  Scheduled Hybrid Capable Genesys Cloud Orgs

    Beginning February 28, Contract renewals will prepare non-hybrid orgs to be hybrid capable within the defined maintenance window instead of at time of renewal. Media Tier updates will temporarily pause between the renewal date and duration of maintenance window. As of May 11, 2022 Genesys Cloud automatically creates all new organizations with hybrid media capability. If you are a new customer after this date, then this article doesn't apply to you.     Hi David

    What exactly will be done during this move to hybrid capable orgs during renewal?  Just adding the BYOC-P or BYOC-C item and creating the new cloud edge group?
