Hi there!

Were there any changes made to the Routing > Scheduling > Schedule Groups UI? I've always had the ability to click on the schedules and it would take me to that unique schedule to see the settings; however, it is no longer hyperlinked or interactive. Also, the "Holiday" column is no longer expanded but only shows as much as the column width will allow before cutting off into an ellipsis.

I didn't see anything in today's release notes that this changed (unless I missed it?) but it wasn't like this earlier this week or last week.

Hello Annie!

We did have a minor change to improve the UI.  Previously, all schedules would show in that cell and for customers who had a large number of schedules in that schedule group, the page would render an unwieldy wide table.  Now they are truncated to keep the table readable, and providing hyperlinks to the few that happened to be shown did not seem helpful.  Currently you must click on the schedule group and then the schedules tab to access hyperlinks to all of the schedules.

This is in-line with the UX specification Genesys Cloud UI teams adhere to.  Even so, we are considering a popout where you would click on the schedules to access a popup with all of the schedules available as hyperlinks.

On a related note, it's been awhile since I reviewed our schedules and I just noticed that custom recurrences are displaying much differently. They now appear in 'RFC 5545' when they were previously shown in a nice user friendly format. What was the reason for that change?
