Hello,
I am looking to search for a specific string that is in the Debug section of the interaction/call details. Ideally, we want to see how many times a user has chosen a specific option in our menu, which is documented in the Debug section.
However, I can't find a way to report on this. We're looking to report on historical calls, so any modifications to the flow configurations or outcomes would not be useful in this scenario.
Does anyone know if it's possible to search for a string in the Debug details on a call?
