  • 1.  Server's hardware does not meet requirements

    Hello guys,
     
    I just got a new serve HP Proliant DL360Gen11 with RAID controller MR408i-o Gen11 x8. After creating RAID 1 with 2 HDD and 1 as spare, while booting from Genesys ISO, I got the error message Server's hardware does not meet requirements.
    Can someone please help.

    Hi Fardeen,

    Is you CPU an AMD one? It is not supported if I'm not wrong.

    You can also check installation logs which is located in %temp% folder.

    Hi Guchan,

    We have succeded in passing through the RAID configuration but we are also stuck now on the WAN and IPMI Network Configuration.

    How did you resolve the issue on your end?

    I've never encountered this problem Fardeen.

    Are you encountering this problem when installing the Connect application?
    Looking at the logs may give more details.

    Is this an IC Server, or a Media Server?

    Also, you mention booting from the ISO. The PureConnect ISO is not bootable. Just to be clear, this is a PureConnect system, and not a Genesys Cloud Edge?
