Is there a limitation to the number of skills per division/org? 

Here are the limits I am aware of:
1. Only 100 skills per agent
2. Maximum skills using FindSkill in Flow:  25
3. Maximum skill groups:  100
4. Maximum members in skill group:  5000
5. Maximum skill groups per agent: 50

As for max number of skills, I could not find anything.
