  • 1.  Speech and Text Analytics Reporting - Topic Trends Agent View

    Hello,

    I am looking at Best practices - What is the best way to generate business value from speech and text analytics? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center and it states there should be a Topics tab in the Agents View. I don't see this view in my Genesys cloud environment. Does anyone else see this in their environment?

    I would expect it to show up some along here, but am not sure.

    We also do not have access to this. But think it would be very helpful to our organization. Does anyone know how to get access to this or where to find it?
