Hi, I have a case of using substitution in canned responses when sending out survey invitations. In the Flow, I'm using my own template based on canned responses. I have configured substitution as SURVEY_URL. In Architect, I've assigned the Survey.url variable to this substitution. When I insert SURVEY_URL into canned responses, I get the link address as text. So, I'm trying to format it into a link using the toolbar option. However, each time the system automatically adds "https://apps.mypurecloud.ie/responseManagement/" in front of it, resulting in the final link like this: https://apps.mypurecloud.ie/responseManagement/https://apps.mypurecloud.ie/quality-forms/#/surveycodes/(...). I'm trying to edit this through HTML, but each time the system adds or replace a part of this link. Indeed, this behavior results in an incorrect link when clicked. It's normal behavior or it's bug? Does anyone have the same issue?
