  • 1.  Third party Payment IVR integration

    Team,

    we have a requirement for payments we need to transfer calls to 3rd party system IVR, once
    Payment is completed call is returned to the same agent.

    How to achieve this ??

    You need to cut out the 3rd-party IVR and use a Secure Flow to take the payment information and use an API to process the payment.

    Not and remain PCI compliant.  Again, Secure Flow of part of Genesys Cloud and the 3rd-partu charges a lot for those calls.
