Does the phones only register to one site?
I have this issue on a customer who only has one site with edges, some phones register on the same edge as both primary and secondary causing a warning about redundancy.
I didn't get a good answer from Support how to actually solve this, it seems the design intent is to have different sites set as primary and secondary.

We have a setup with 2 sites each has 2 standard premise edges. Lately with increased user start seeing this warning under phone management. "This phone's site, needs an additional in-service Edge for redundancy. Verify the site's phone Edge assignments." for webRTC phone, some has only primary edge, some has only secondary, the phone status is operational. Anyone has encountered this before and what should be the remedy? I thought there is no limit on how many webRTC phones can 1 edge device supports but maybe I am wrong.
