All, we're fairly new to Genesys Cloud and are attempting to set up time off requests for the first time. We've followed everything in the setup and generally have a good feel on how to do stuff like this, but we're stumped.
Our reps have the access to submit time off requests but are getting a blank pop-up box. I know it has to be something very simple we're just missing but can't figure out what it is
