All, we're fairly new to Genesys Cloud and are attempting to set up time off requests for the first time.  We've followed everything in the setup and generally have a good feel on how to do stuff like this, but we're stumped.

Our reps have the access to submit time off requests but are getting a blank pop-up box.  I know it has to be something very simple we're just missing but can't figure out what it is

We figured it out.  The activity codes we are using for our time off choices weren't marked as "Agent Selectable"
