Yes, this was released on April 15th for time zones in the performance views. The Contact list time is still UTC.

Genesys Cloud now enables users to set time zones at both workspace and view levels. This feature empowers users to create, save, and export identical reports for different time zones.

- Performance > Workspace > Time zone menu

Hi all,
Is it possible to change the Time zone in Genesys Cloud workspaces and system generated fields in Contact Lists? Sspecifically, contact list - system generated date/time columns.
Wanting to change from default (UTC?) to AEST.
I see an artical HERE but not sure if it is deployed into Prod, or how to configure it?
