So a bit of a dilemma and hopefully an answer quickly.

I am going to give a demo very shortly on WFM to our business.  When I created my documentation I did a "how to" for agents to request timeoff.

I had put in:

To I thought I would go and review - I have not timeoff area anymore:

I am so sorry - I figured this one out - was using myself as test and I was not assigned to a management unit.

Once I assigned myself everything is working.
