  • 1.  Total calls and abandoned calls for entire Organization

    Is there any way to monitor all calls in single dashboard if there are multiple queues(1000+).

    Please suggest.

    You mean like the old line monitor or agent monitor functions in PureConnect.  I bet some smart person could create a live monitoring app that could use AudioHook to listen into calls at the click of a mouse.  Would be cool if someone had the time.  But to answer your question, no, but there are several ideas for things like this.
