We are excited to announce that we have opened our beta for the new Triggers UI. This will provide an in app mechanism for configuring and managing Triggers (which were previously accessible via API only). If you are interested in participating in this beta, please complete the request form :
https://forms.office.com/r/sNucDxkrMaIdeal beta participants will have already established Triggers for use in their Genesys Cloud org, but that is not a hard requirement as this new UI is aiming to make triggers more accessible/user friendly within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem.
Once the beta has been enabled for your org, you will receive a welcome email outlining important information for use during the beta, as well as an invite to the Triggers Beta Community.

I know the Triggers UI has been released but wondered if there is a plan to add workflowtargetsettings dataformat, eventTTLSeconds and delayBySeconds to the UI? I did notice that if these are added using API and then updated in the UI they are retained which I was initially concerned with as the API is PUT rather than PATCH.
When it will be GA?
Triggers UI already general availability on September 13th, 2023, and available in all Genesys Cloud orgs that meet the license requirements for the use of triggers (CX 1, 2, or 3).
If you are still not able to see, then you need to add the process automation role to view it under Architect component.
