Genesys is constantly updating its user interface to follow industry trends and standards.
On Wednesday, November 30th, you will see style changes to the Admin > Contact Center > Email screen.These changes do not change the user workflow, and there is no impact to agent facing views.
The style changes include updates to buttons, text formatting and fields, tables, and menus on all Email configuration screens. Here's a preview:
