Update call back that have been scheduled through campaign

  • 1.  Update call back that have been scheduled through campaign

     I encountered an issue while trying to update the callback scheduled by campaign through the flow. I attempted to use the API mentioned "

    PATCH  /api/v2/conversations/callbacks"but unfortunately, it returned a 500 Internal server error. I was wondering if any of you have running into this scenario before and if
    so, if you could offer any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve it, please see the attached for more details.

    Is this still an issue?  This is only used for agent-owned callbacks and agent ID is required.
