Anyone in the community monitored Online \ Offline status flap events on BYOC-P V3 Edges?
We have Premise Edges deployed in multiple locations on separate networks some managed externally.
All devices regardless of location intermittently move into Offline state on its health check to Cloud.
Usually clears in under a minute and only ever one device at a time.
Observed in the Genesys UI, Audit Viewer and API calls to GET /api/v2/telephony/providers/edges/{edgeId}
Anyone in the community have these deployed and experience the same?
Protocol capture looks okay and no issues observed on networks where we host.
