Genesys Cloud - Main

Greetings, are working to implement Gencloud CX and would like to have our users access via a shortened link. Is there guidance on how this might be setup and if there are any ways to streamline the login process so users aren't prompted, at least initially, for our organization name, and not prompted to choose between "Collaborate/Communicate" and "Architect" -- ideally it would just log them in using Azure AD automatically straight to the dashboard. Something like https://genesys.companyname.com?

Mark,

For the latter issue, use apps.mypurecloud.com, not login.mypurecloud.com (or whichever region you are using.)

For the former, you only actually need to specify the org if your email is associated with multiple orgs, otherwise it will find it for you. I believe, however, this gets more complicated when using SSO.
