Hi Trying to give a user access to canned responses but view only. I've created a role with the following two permissions but this has not worked: Responses > Library > ViewResponses > Response > ViewAny help appreciated
Those permissions should be enough for the agent to get access to Canned Responses during an interaction, or do you want them to be able to view them through the Admin section when there's no active interaction?
Hi JanThis is for a user who is not on queue so want them to be able to access via Admin > Contact Centre > Canned responses but with view only permission.
