Hello. We tried to configure the feature "Voice trancription" from my client, but it seems that French is not supported yet. Can you confirm?
Would it be possible to get it as a Beta ?

According to Genesys. Genesys Cloud CX voice transcription support is available for English US (en-US), English Australia (en-AU), English Great Britain (en-GB), English Indian (en-IN), English SA (en_ZA) France French (fr-FR), French Canadian (fr-CA), Dutch (nl-NL), German (de-DE), Italian (it-IT), Polish, Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR), Portugal Portuguese (pt-PT), Spanish Spain (es-ES), Spanish Latin America (es-US), Japanese (ja-JP), Korean (ko-KR), and Arabic (ar-001).
Martin is correct, French transcription is available
If you're struggling to get this working it may be useful to raise a ticket to understand what's happening there.
Hi Andy. The support told me that French is not totally available, and is now "in early preview", which I understand is beta.
In architect, I've got the message " transcription is not available in french".
So, how can I get it in French ?

French is not in Beta, so should be possible. We have other customers using this.

So I have opened a case to get some help...
There is no transcription for incoming calls, and for outgoing calls I've got transcription, but in english ! although the configuration is franch...
