  • 1.  Voice and screen recording history report

    It is possible to generate a development to have a historical report that shows the interactions with voice recording and screen recording. The idea is to differentiate if the interaction has an audio or video by screen recording to generate filters.

    Hello!  The APIs do not currently have the ability to locate conversations that contain a successful screen recording.  We are tracking the interest in that feature here: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ANLS-I-12
