If I have to be the first person to say mimosa, so be it!

I'm living for the weekend. I don't drink them Monday-Friday (unfortunately), but few things say day off, vacation, or even better HOLIDAY than champagne with a splash of fresh orange juice. Also, I pretty much only drink them in the morning vs coffee which I'll drink throughout the day! What's my prize for best answer?? A mimosa you say...
