  • 1.  What FedRAMP features available today and are coming soon?

    Good afternoon all,

    Hoping the resident experts here can assist. We are in early stages of planning to deploy a FedRAMP GC Org.

    With that said, are there folks here using a FedRAMP instance today? If so, can you possibly elaborate on what features are available in FedRAMP? (or if it is easier, what you know is not available). Believe there are some features such as Bots (Voice/Digital) which may not yet be available. Hoping someone can shed light on what's currently available. If you also happen to know any features that are targeted for upcoming releases, that would be great too. Also I hope this is the proper location for this question. If not, I apologize in advance.

    There is a roadmap for feature backfill of commercial features in FedRAMP and there is now a release notes page for FedRAMP.  If you want to see what is coming over the next year or so.  Ask your Genesys Partner to share that with you as I can't release it here.
