Hello guys,
since last week we have been facing an error when we exported the Workforce Management Schedule Activity.
When there is a shift with a comment that has multiple lines, it will also create multiple lines in the csv output and therefore corrupt the file.
When there is a new line at the end of the comment, it will create a big problem by putting all the following lines in the same cell.
Did anybody run into a problem with the export of the WFM Schedule lately?
I will add a csv attachment, where the problem was caused by the comment "Test" and a screenshot of that shift.
