I am in the process of creating a personalized web application for WWE 8.5, which is configured to subscribe to the 'interaction' event. When an agent receives a consultation call, the received event does not contain any information related to the customer number, which is the number of the initial agent interacting with the client. However, the WWE interface displays this number. I am trying to figure out how to obtain the same customer number that WWE is displaying. I have located a userData.ContactId that may be of use.
