The Quality Management Evaluation Assistance capability will enable users to automatically answer Quality Management form questions based on Topics identified in Speech & Text Analytics.

Users will have the ability to configure at the answer level which topics should or should not be identified in order to complete a Quality Management question.

Using this feature will reduce the need for manual input of all questions and greatly increase the speed at which Quality Management forms can be completed
