Play With the New Genesys Knowledge Network Feature - Newsletter Exclusive!

Imagine the benefits of Genesys Knowledge Network’s unparalleled navigation available on other sites (like the community), features include:

Unified Search - Generate search results from resources across Genesys: the Resource Center, Genesys Blog, Community and more!
Targeted Search - Results that display are for your chosen product line, and
Quick Links
- Showcasing hyperlinks for easy access to all of your favorite Genesys resources.

It will all be available soon in the Knowledge Network Flyout! There's two simple steps to get started:

Step 1) Click the Knowledge Network handle (located to the far right of the page):

Step 2) Clicking the handle slides out an interactive side panel that is a great tool for finding the knowledge or resource you need - Popular Links are at the top and Unified Search is at the bottom.

This feature will be rolling out to various sites over the next several weeks/months, but the Online Community will be the first site to take it for a test drive when it releases this week! Have any feedback on the feature? Drop a note in the Genesys Casual Community.

Join the Genesys User Group for Customers - NEW 2019 Sessions Now Listed

If you have not had a chance to learn about the Genesys User Group for Customers, I encourage you to visit their page. The group offers sessions for customers of all product lines and provides a welcoming environment for you to interact with other Genesys users and learn from each others' experiences.

You can view the calendar of upcoming 2019 sessions in my post on the Genesys Casual community. The sessions will also be posted in their respective communities under the "Events" tabs.

Just a reminder, the group is free to join, and if you can't make a live meeting, no worries! You can always get caught up with the recording.
