There's no automatic reassignment. However, the Quality Admin can delete the evaluation that's assigned to the non-responsive evaluator, and then assign a new evaluation to a different evaluator:
- From the Quality admin dashboard, click an evaluator's name to see their list of pending evaluations.
- Under "Interactions Needing Attention," click the date time of an interaction to open it.
- On the interaction's page, click the Evaluation tab, and then click Delete at the bottom of the page.
