If the Evaluator is not the only Evaluator defined in the Policy, is it re-assigned to one of the others after a certain period of time? Can the Quality Administrator re-assign them manually when it becomes apparent (via the QAdmin dashboard) that they are not going to be completed?
There's no automatic reassignment. However, the Quality Admin can delete the evaluation that's assigned to the non-responsive evaluator, and then assign a new evaluation to a different evaluator:
