Is it possible for customers to send a file via the web chat? Via the purecloudnow demo it doesn't seem to be possible, but maybe it depends on the implementation.

Seems a trivial feature to me, use case is where a customer wants to upload a screen shot of an error message, or wants to send back an image of a signed document.

Thanks for passing along, Tom. This is an enhancement on our roadmap. The way to do it now would be for the agent or customer to send a shareable URL.
