  • 1.  Bridge server firewall configuration

    Greetings,

     

    We are configuring our client firewalls according to the instructions in https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-ports-services/

     

    However, Bridge appears only as a source application. I was expecting to see Bridge as a destination too, for webservice data dip connectors, for instance.

     

    Don't we need to open inbound ports on the Bridge Server too?

    Hey Daniel,

    Bridge Server & each of the connectors establish a connection to PureCloud as a long-lived WebSocket connection for bi-directional communication. It'll work great behind a NAT, Firewall, or even an HTTP Connect proxy.
