    when creating an evaluation form - i am able to name it , add questions and set answers, but am unable to save it. what am i missing?

    Hi @James Dean?,

     

    Based on your description, my first guess is that you need to name your question groups too. It won't let you save the form until everything that should have a value is filled out, and that's tripped me up before.
