    "Is there any way to set new rules? My company is a toll-tag provider and our tag numbers ends up looking like this when recieved in a mail from a customer ************5253. Is there any way to change the settings?"

     

    I tried to contact support, but they recommended that I made a thread here.

    Hi, Patrick,

     

    I'm not sure I understand your question, so let me ask this - are you experiencing the same issue that this thread you'd posted was experiencing back in February? Let me know. Also, I am going to tag @Lucie DeCristofaro? as she helped out with the previous question.

    Yes, thats correct, but as far as I know its only affecting a e-mail queue.

    No, this is still an issue.

    I have updated the supportcase aswell.

    The casenumber is 0002019941 if you have access to check it out.
